a Secret Soirée
These were very special, invitation-only, restaurant Pop-Ups that visitors attend through a private invitation. They are meant to be special, intimate, and they happen in different, secret locations.
The SubRosa soirées are evening experiences created with a fine dining experience, a curated visual and music selection centered around delighting participants and attendees. It generally is a 4-course meal and near-endless beer, wine, and curated cocktails. Once the mood is set, conversation and celebration are encouraged.
These soirées are designed fundraisers to assist in raising money for non-profits such as Michael’s Cause (see below).

Our Mission
Drive Away Parkinson's Inc. has been established to promote awareness about and raise money to find a cure for Parkinson's Disease. This nonprofit organization will conduct fundraising events and donate the proceeds to companies actively looking for a cure for Parkinson's Disease.
Michael’s Cause
Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is the leading fatal genetic disorder worldwide. It affects 1 in 3500 boys. Duchenne results in severe muscle wasting. By age 12 boys are usually wheelchair-bound. Ultimately, Duchenne affects the heart and lungs thus leading to death by the early '20s. It is caused by the body’s inability to make a protein called dystrophin. Dystrophin is an essential ingredient in muscle cells that acts as a shock absorber. Without this protein, the muscle cells become weak and eventually turn to fibrosis. To date, there is no cure for Duchenne. Science and medicine have made significant advances in the past 10 years. Boys and men are living longer healthier lives.
